Return Policy
- Refunds will only be accepted
7 days from receipt of shipment.
- No refunds on shipping.
- 20% Restocking fee applies to
products returned for reasons other than defective.
- All packing materials,
documentation, and parts must be returned for credit.

Products returned without
RMA
Number will be refused.

Products shipped for warranty
service or replacement must be shipped freight prepaid.
We will return the repaired/replacement product freight
prepaid.
RMA Procedure
- To obtain a RMA number, please have your original
invoice, and dial 314-317-9716.
- For Technical support, please have your original
invoice, and dial 314-239-1609.
- You may also receive an RMA number by clicking

Make sure you include:
- your invoice number
- a brief description of the problem
- what you would like us to do for you (replace or
refund)
