Return Policy

  • Refunds will only be accepted 7 days from receipt of shipment.
  • No refunds on shipping.
  • 20% Restocking fee applies to products returned for reasons other than defective.
  • All packing materials, documentation, and parts must be returned for credit.
  • Products returned without RMA Number will be refused.
  • Products shipped for warranty service or replacement must be shipped freight prepaid. 
    We will return the repaired/replacement product freight prepaid.

RMA Procedure

  • To obtain a RMA number, please have your original invoice, and dial 314-317-9716.
  • For Technical support, please have your original invoice, and dial 314-239-1609.
  • You may also receive an RMA number by clicking here. Make sure you include:
    - your invoice number
    - a brief description of the problem
    - what you would like us to do for you (replace or refund)
