Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within
24 hours of the time the order is placed. The product
will be shipped UPS Ground unless another carrier is
specified. Other carriers, Fed-Ex, U.S. Postal, DPS, or
faster UPS Service will have an additional shipping
charge assessed. Please do not ask us to estimate when
your package will arrive. A time in transit estimator is
available at
http://www.ups.com. We can also ship on your
existing UPS or Fed-Ex account number for a $5.00 fee
per package.

Monitors, Cases, Printers, and
Scanners are shipped in individual boxes. Smaller items,
such as CD-ROM drives, memory, and processors can be
combined to ship in a single box. We are not out to
gouge you on shipping, but please keep in mind that the
people who pull the product, invoice the product, and
ship the product want to be paid and not in bananas.

We can NOT ship to an address
that differs from the billing address of your credit
card or have a package left on your doorstep. All
packages leave with ASR (Adult Signature Required), so
please be home when the package arrives. With Adult
Signature Required, if no one is at home at the time of
delivery, the UPS Driver will leave with your package.

If you order a product and then
decide you do not want it there is NO REFUND on shipping
charges. If you contact us before the package arrives
and we are able to stop the shipment you will not be
charged a restocking fee of 20% of the total amount,
INCLUDING SHIPPING. If we do not hear from you and we
receive a package back marked undeliverable you WILL be
charged a restocking fee of 20% and the shipping charges
will apply. If the package is returned to us by accident
and you still want it, the restocking fee will be
waived, but new shipping charges will apply.

A tracking number is available
for you 48 hours after your order is placed. If one is
not available we will call you and inform you of the
tracking number if you desire. If your package does not
arrive in a timely fashion, we can have UPS run a trace
on your package. A trace from UPS takes a MINIMUM of 48
hours. Once UPS has declared the package
"lost" they will issue a claim, and we can
ship replacement product to you. This can take as much
as a week and we cannot ship the new product until we
hear from UPS.
